THE MEDIA MICROSCOPE

So many times the media, focuses its microscope on the black population and magnifies a small area and then portrays to the world, by only giving one perspective, that all blacks are like this . This way of portraying us to the world has been going on for a long time , giving the whole world a distorted narrow perspective view of who we are. This has been going on for so long , (GENERATIONS) THAT ITS HARD TO TELL SOME PEOPLE THAT THEIR PERSPECTIVE IS WRONG.
IMAGINE ME, OWNING A TELEVISION NETWORK, and every time I showed my viewers a story about the white population , It was about , David Duke , or the k.k.k. or the Skinheads, or Hitler . Get the picture.Anyone who has not traveled and lived amongst other people, or have seen other whites, would think all whites were like that . They could possibly establish negative views of the white population as a whole.
If I were to describe you the reader, based on a perspective I got from only standing behind you , I would be telling everyone you had no eyes,no nose, or mouth. Whats worse, is if I mixed it in with the trusted weather report, and some trusting sole believed it, and told all his trusting friends.
What if they believed it ?
COULD THIS POSSIBLY HAPPEN ?
YES…. IT HAS…. TO US…. STOP IT.. ….STOP JUDGING THE WORLD AND ITS PEOPLE FROM A NARROW MINDED VEIW.OR THIS IS HOW THE WORLD MIGHT JUDGE YOU.

THE IMPORTANCE OF FATHERS IN A CHILDS LIFE.

I’m a single dad, I’ve been with my son since before birth. talking to him while he was still in his mothers womb. Seconds after birth he recognized my voice opened his eyes and smiled at me while reaching out.  I raised my son as a single father since he was three. That’s him next to the D.N.A. model we worked on together. That’s also him at three years old at the end of the video.  “Please daddy dont leave“.

This song was inspired by him.  WHILE LEAVING FOR WORK MY SON SAID CRYING PLEASE DADDY DON’T LEAVE, STAY WITH ME.  I PROCEEDED TO WORK THAT DAY WITH  TEARS IN MY EYES, AND AFTERWARD TOOK MANY DAYS OFF TO GIVE HIM WHAT ALL OF OUR CHILDREN NEED.

UNITED SCHOLASTIC STUDENT MOTIVATIONAL PROGRAM  was also inspired by him and my experience with the public school system.
 

I live in the city, an African American neighborhood, where their is a lack of fathers present to support and giude their children.

I sacrificed jobs and money to personally walk my son thru his formative years. I really felt all alone, mostly mothers and their children. Many without fathers present in their lives. I sacrificed also dating because I felt it would distract me from my double duties. His mother was not available. Many mothers overwhelmed me with their request for me to be there for their children and be a good influence for their sons too.  Where were their fathers ? Some working, some not there. I reluctantly turned the mothers down because, they were not willing to make the same sacrifices. They were not aware of the some of the  issues and beleifs I was instilling in my son that were absent in their lives. Not only did I not have time or extra to sacrifice ,but trying to combine the up bringing of my child, as a single father and help with their children, would have been too much for me to handle . Being an only child I took on the roll of being father, mother, brother, and friend.
I taught him computers before kindergarten, and stayed close to  him all along the way as he maintained an A average. He graduated from grammar school Valedictorian 3.9 average. I was so proud of him and glad I made the sacrifice.
Hes a junior in high school now, and so far wer’e beating the odds…….Now college ,,,,some how Im going to pull that off too.

A Fathers Involvement makes a Biiiiig difference.

WHO, OR WHOM CONTROLS THE MEDIA CONTENT ? WHAT IS THEIR AGENDA ?

<a href=”http://“>THE MEDIA IS CLEARLY A POWERFUL TOOL FOR COMUNICATING INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. ITS AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE AMERICAN SOCIETY INFORMING US OF PENDING DANGER, AND KEEPING US INFORMED AND UP TO DATE WITH ISSUES AND EVENTS THAT EFFECT OUR EVERY DAY LIVES.

DO THEY HAVE THE POWER TO EFFECT PEOPLES OPINIONS AND CHANGE THE RESULTS OF AN ELECTION ?

I WISH SOMEONE WOULD BRING UP THIS ISSUE ON ONE OF THE MAJOR NEWS STATIONS AND LETS SEE HOW THEY REACT.

I think the media is owned and or controLled by the same group that wants to stay in power. The will or wants of the majority of the American people are secondary to the goal of the controlling elite. The media is a tool they use to convince the public to support thier agenda. Example: All tv and radio stations are owned by someone. Who ever that is has control over the content and views of its comentators. Who ever controls the flow of information also controls what most people believe. So for example: Bush was trying to get every one to support him in his efforts to invade Iraq and many people were against it including the U.N. and many other countries. Anyone that protested his desicion were demonized, accussed of being anti American, unpatiotic, and publicly portrayed by the media as the vilian. If I remember correctly some comentators were even fired for voicing thier opinion against going to war. Many of the politicians who actualy disagreed with going to war, were afraid they would be portrayed as being unamerican if they voted against it. Afraid that the media would demonize them and destroy thier political carriers.

I also remember when Bush was running for office and the media said he was loosing, he said he had some friends in the media, made a phone call, and before my eyes the media changed thier position.

WHO HAS THE POWER TO CONTROL THE MEDIA ? AND WHAT IS THIER AGENDA ?

THESE QUESTIONS ARE MEANT TO OPEN A LINE OF DIALOG THAT MAY HELP

I am troubled by the current issues of race and discrimination in America.

First of all I am grateful and proud to be an American citizen.

Second I am a realist. All that is true, factual, did occur, or is occurring , no matter how bad ,unbelievable or embarrassing to me or anyone else has to be excepted in order for me to make an accurate calculation or judgment as to what to do next . What choices I make , or which direction I choose in my travels thru life will effect my survival and the survival of my children and their children .

The information that I use to navigate thru life has to be accurate and based on facts for me to have a chance of achieving my goal of first surviving my self, and then possibly securing the survival of my children by teaching them what I learned from my survival experiences?

Every creature that has successfully existed on earth for thousands of years, including us are born with the physical attributes to survive. The other survival factors are learned from their parents and or environment?

These are some of the questions that I ask myself when trying to gather facts to use when making decisions that may effect my immediate, and future survival, of myself and my children.

I ask that anyone reading this also ask yourself honestly these questions and possibly comment?

Why is there so much violence and killing in the black communities?

What are the factors that cause some species to become extinct?

Why did the United States have a civil war that manifested in millions of its own citizens killing each other?

How was it possible that people were accused and killed for being witches in Salem?

How was it possible for one human being to see another human as being less than human?

How was Hitler able to convince his fellow Germans to go along with persecuting and killing the Jewish people?

Why did one race of human feel justified to enslave another race of human and continue the practice for hundreds of years?

Are their humans today that feel they are superior to others?

What made the 911 terrorist so angry or threatened that they would go thru such extremes and sacrifice their own lives to kill thousands of American people?

What was the reason one country would sell another country chemical weapons designed to kill other humans?

What is the phenomenon that causes one country to go to war with another country?

Why is it important that crimes against humanity that happened years ago be remembered and still be an issue of concern today?

Who is on the top of the food chain in the animal kingdom and why?

Who is on the top of the food chain of the human race and why?

Is it possible for a race of people to become extinct, and what would be the factors that could cause such extinction?

Is the quest to be on top of the human food chain the reason that man would kill another man?

In the animal world, such as with dogs that are bread and known for their genetic qualities, like some are known to be gentile as a genetic trait, or some are known to be more intelligent, or some known as vicious. E.t.c. Do these phenomena also apply to human genetic qualities?

What is the main purpose of all religions?

Why is it that in the animal Kingdom it is rare that animals kill for sport, but only for survival reasons?

Why is it that some humans feel its ok to kill for sport?

Why are religious and spiritual scriptures so important to man that they felt the need to pass it on for thousands of years?

Is it necessary for all humans to live in peace to secure the survival of the human race?

Why is it that some humans want to rule the world and others are content with living in peace with the world?

WHY DO WE HAVE TO FIGHT TO THE DEATH TO SOLVE OUR DIFFERENCES

<a href=”http://“>All who feel that we should go to war and risk the lives of our people , Please stop to think about the reasons one should give their life for a cause.
During the birth of this nation , we as colonist fought to the the death so we could be free from the rule of France and England.
During the civil war we fought each other to the death because one side didnt agree with the other. Was it about slaves? I dont know.
Was it about the moral direction of this country, or was our survival at risk?
We fought to the death in world war 1.
We fought to the death in world war 2.
We fought to the death against hitler .
We fought to the death in vietnam.
Had we fought to the death with Russia would any of us be here?
We’re fighting to the death in Iraq, with another battle to the death with Iran around the corner.
I wounder if there is another way to reach our objectives without fighting to the death?

TIME TRAVEL IS POSSIBLE, MAY BE LIMITED TO ONE LIFE TIME

We are all time travelers ,
From the time we are born to the time we all must die, we are traveling thru time and space,
In motion every day, mentaly covering ground and physicly moving to the next day .
Unable to reverse the process. But able to remember time that has past.

Understanding we have a limited time to travel in this physical world.
Ask yourself where are you going?

What is your destination before your time runs out?

Does it matter what you do, or where you go?

And be careful of the roads of life you travel and how much time you spend on them.
BECAUSE OUR TIME AS HUMAN BEINGS WILL RUN OUT.
It can only be extended thru your children and the memories left in others.
REMEMBER IT TAKES TIME TO UNDO ANYTHING YOU DO ON YOUR TRAVELS.
Some things cannot be undone.
EACH ONE OF US HAS ONE LIFE TIME , WHICH MAY BE LIMITED,
Due TO OUR OWN CHOICES AND DIRECTION.

There is clearly a fear in white America, that a black American, can objectivly and without bias be the leader of thier country. The same country that no one other than one of them has ever been in charge of.

I believe and see that because of the past discrimination of African Americans some of white Americans may feel that an African American would be a possible risk being President of this country.

Some of them might feel that we may treat them the way some of them have treated us. THIS IS NOT TRUE BY ANY MEANS. but some may truely fear this. I think this is one of the reasons Barack is under the microscope in such an exrteme way.

Thats why what J Wright and Farhkan say are so alarming to some and what I concider as insensitive and counter productive. These fears that exist are real and must be adressed with extreem sensitivity. It must be taken as seriuos as our sensitivities to their veiw and treatment of us as black Americans.

The fact that they are concidering the possibility of a black President shows me that for one, many Americans are changing their views about race,and are now open, for what ever reasons, to give a black man a try.

So I think we should be sensitive to their fears of us, just like we would like them to be sensitive to our fears and suspicions of them.
Barrack is not campaining for the rights of one particular group.
He is campaining for the rights of human beings.

And if anyone hasnt noticed, THIS INCLUDES EVERYBODY.
LETS MOVE FORWARD AND BREAK DOWN THESE RACIAL BARRIERS

BARACK OBAMA IS THE ONE PERSON IN THIS PRESIDENTIAL RACE THAT CAN DO IT.
